How much is delivery?
We offer FREE delivery to all Mainland UK address- both commercial and residential.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The current lead time is 3- 4 weeks from date of ordering. Orders which do not include the painting service could be delivered earlier at approx 2 weeks, please ask at the time of booking. With regards to our Payment Plans, we will only dispatch your order once payment has been made in full.
Can you help? I have left it last minute for my child's birthday! Is there any way of fast tracking an order?
This does happen occassionally- we don't judge! However, we will try our best to help if we can. Please contact us asap prior to ordering and we will see what we can do.
Can I have two bowls instead of one?
This option is available- select the '2 Bowls' option under the Style drop down menu before adding to your basket.
Do we have to use mud?
Not at all! Lots of our little customers like to use a variety of "ingredents" such as flowers, sand, dried pasta, lentils, cereals, vegetables (recommended raw), water and bubbles.
Can I chose a specific colour paint which is not listed?
We use the brand Cuprinol Garden Shades. Whilst we have a wide range of lovely colours, we appreciate we cannot stock every colour, so if there is a specific colour which you would like and we dont appear to have it, please message us stating which colour you would like immediately after ordering so we can amend your order and get it in stock.
Can I collect my order to get it quicker?
Our turnaround is compiled with the number of orders and our maximum delivery schedules, which means there could occasionally be the option to get your Mud Kitchen sooner than the stated leadtime if you were to collect. Or perhaps you would simply prefer to collect in person, in which case you are more than welcome. Please contact us to arrange this in advance.
How do I place an order?
Click on the 'Shop' tab across the menu bar if viewing from a desktop, or the quick link 'shop' at the bottom of the page.
How will I know when my order has been disapatched?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. If you are simply wanting an update as to when dispatch is scheduled, please contact us directly.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
All deliveries made by our courier service will require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card where you should have the option to re-arrange delivery, they may automatically attempt delivery the next working day. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after 3 occasions, your order will be returned to us. In these cases My Mud Kitchen reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.
I would like to amend my order?
If you would like to amend your order, email us at email@example.com within 1 working day of placing the order. Please include your order number and the change(s) in which you would like to make.
