DELIVERY

We offer FREE delivery to all Mainland UK address- both commercial and residential.  There may be an additional charge for delivery to the Highlands, Ireland and Channel Islands. Please get in touch for a delivery quotation if you are not within Mainland UK. 

The current lead time is approx 4 weeks from date of ordering. Orders which do not include the painting service could be delivered earlier at approx 2 weeks, please ask at the time of booking. With regards to our Payment Plans, we will only dispatch your order once payment has been made in full. 

As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will receive an email from us. Your dispatch confirmation will also contain details of how to track the progress of your delivery. 

All deliveries made by our courier service will require a signature. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide this. In the event that you should miss your scheduled delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card where you should have the option to re-arrange delivery, they may automatically attempt delivery the next working day. Should the courier be unable to complete delivery after 3 occasions, your order will be returned to us. In these cases My Mud Kitchen reserve the right to charge you again for any re-send costs that we incur.

COLLECTION

Our turnaround is compiled with the number of orders and our maximum delivery schedules, which means there could occasionally be the option to get your Mud Kitchen sooner than the stated leadtime if you were to collect. Or perhaps you would simply prefer to collect in person, in which case you are more than welcome. Please contact us to arrange this in advance.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As each Mud Kitchen is made to order, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.

 

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the paint colour or sizing, we will ensure that the mistake is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly. If you think an error has been made, please check your order then contact us.

If the Mud Kitchen has been a damaged in transit, we will need photographic evidence as it arrived, still in its packaging, along with photos of the damage itself. We will then need to raise this with our courier to investigate and will be in touch as soon as we can to resolve the matter.
